UPDATE: Pizza Hut reached out to me saying they've changed management and offered a credit. It was difficult to use the credit (had to call in and make a phone order--couldn't redeem it online). However, they appear to have fixed their missing items issues. I've had 2 deliveries since, and everything, including sauces, has made it to my home. OLD REVIEW: This is the last time I order from here. Two delivery orders in a row were missing items. And when you call because your items are missing and the driver told you to call the store, then you wait on hold for tens of minutes. Sometimes they just randomly disconnect the phone. Once I finally got a manager on the phone, and he only offered a refund of the missing item--less taxes paid nonetheless! Not worth the hassle. Never again.
The hubbs had been craving Pizza Hut- especially, the stuffed crust pizza. There is no longer (not currently) one in Seattle, so when we were up North and driving home, we decided to find a Pizza Hut WITH a dining room (talk about a challenge). Anyways, mission accomplished- found Pizza Hut + found Dining Room. The guy working the counter was in training, but super helpful. He attempted to help us get a deal on our pizza, but it didn't apply to the one we wanted (no worries). The kids enjoyed their personal pan pizza, the cheesy breadsticks were hot and deliciously gooey! The stuffed crust pizza- always a hit. Disappointingly, they no longer serve beer at this location. There was a "Bloopers" show on the TV that the kids were getting a kick out of! Might swing by here again, someday.
First time ordering from this location since the Mukilteo one closed. Pizzas were made unbelievably fast and delivered faster than humanly possible. The pizzas were THE BEST we've ever had from Pizza Hut. Just all around amazing experience! Thank you!
